Repair-Cost Report with inspection

Ask for access to everything
Every unit, the roof hatch and the cellar, with the utilities on. The seller's side arranges access and gives tenants notice.
Send your contract date
If you know when you have to sign, tell us when you book. We schedule the inspection and the report around it.
Come for the last half hour
The inspector walks you through what they found while you are still in the building.
What an inspection doesn't cover
It's visual
Nothing is opened up or taken apart. What's hidden inside walls, under floors and in buried pipes can change the cost of any line.
No lab testing
Lead, asbestos and mold need a specialist. Radon, termite, sewer scope and oil tank checks are add-ons you can book with the inspection.
Not a legal or code review
The report lists what the city has on file. Your attorney tells you what an open violation or the legal unit count means for the purchase.

Book as soon as your offer is accepted. You pay nothing until we confirm a time, and the priced report is due within 72 hours of the inspection.
